TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Booking and Confirmation: 1.1 To secure your place on an Interval retreat, a booking deposit of 40% of the total retreat cost is required. 1.2 Full payment is due no later than 30 days before the start of the retreat. 1.3 Failure to make full payment by the specified deadline may result in the cancellation of your reservation, and the deposit will be forfeited.

2. Retreat Details: 2.1 Interval reserves the right to modify the retreat itinerary, accommodation, or any other aspect of the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances. 2.2 All retreat details, including but not limited to schedules, activities, and accommodations, are subject to change at the discretion of Interval.

3. Minimum Number of Guests: 3.1 All retreats are subject to a minimum number of participants. 3.2 If the minimum number of guests is not reached by 30 days prior to the start of the retreat, Interval reserves the right to: - Move the retreat to an alternative location or date. - Provide a full refund for the retreat cost, including booking deposit.

4. Travel Insurance: 4.1 It is mandatory for all retreat participants to have appropriate travel insurance that covers cancellation, medical expenses, and other unforeseen events. 4.2 Interval is not responsible for any expenses or losses incurred as a result of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to travel disruptions, health issues, or other emergencies.

5. Cancellations and Refunds: 5.1 Cancellations made by participants more than 45 days before the retreat start date will be eligible for a refund, excluding the non-refundable booking deposit. 5.2 Cancellations made 15 days or less before the retreat start date are not eligible for a refund.

6. Participant Responsibilities: 6.1 Participants are responsible for their own well-being, health, and safety during the retreat. 6.2 Participants are required to adhere to all rules and guidelines set forth by Interval and its designated partners.

7. Acceptance of Terms: 7.1 By making a reservation and paying the booking deposit, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
